Fun and Fit joins the Hive Health Media Blog Network
We’re happy to announce that the fitness blog, Fun and Fit, has joined the Hive Health Media Blog Network. The Fun and Fit blog provides expert fitness tips and advice with a unique and entertaining spin.
Fun and Fit is the creation of two identical twins, Alexandra Williams-Evans, MA and Kymberly Williams, MA. Kymberly, the younger twin, has taught fitness in four continents and in four different languages. Among her other accolades, Kymberly has meddled in regional aerobic competitions as well as competed at the national level too in the United States. For ten years, Kymberly was a faulty member at the University California, Santa Barbara in the department of Exercise and Sport Studies.
